Alain csi2* show

Alain csi2* show

For three years ago Vancouver arrived Dubai from Germany, weak, lazy, and with no life in his eyes…
This weekend he showed what he’s truly capable of.
His big heart, his happiness, and his carefulness over every jump came through in every round. And in the warm-up, when he gives his little “weeah!” and shows me he’s on — that’s when I know he’s ready. That’s his way of saying, “I want to do this.”

He learns from every single class he jumps. With a little more time, he’ll have the strength and power to step further even more.  I give the horses time to develop at the shows, im not scared of misstakes at the jump, this is where the horses develops and need the riders patience to let the horse grow in nature— not by jumping too much at home. They grow by experiencing, by thinking, by learning at shows.

To enter a course and not really know what the result will be, trusting more in the horse talent and heart… it’s a special feeling. Even more special when the horse learns from mistakes and comes out better, prouder, and more confident every class.

Today, after 3 days jumping in Alain, Vancouver stood in his box at home, happy and bright-eyed, almost asking to jump another day.
And truly — nothing could make my heart happier.
