1st week back in work.. After 2 months, "rest"

From "rehab" to training.

Treadmill, seawalker, lunging, paddock, walker—each horse with a tailored program.


This week, 10-minute light rides, light transitions, and light 4-5 stride circle exercises.


Ride 2 days, then seawalker or treadmill the next.
One full handwalk rest day weekly.


I ride at 5am—done before the heat kicks in at 9am 


I always lunge myself to feel their mood for me  to adjust the workload.
Details matter!!!!!


Horses are sensitive. Preventing lamenes is everything.


Chasing progress, not pressure.
